     The indigenous people have longed been struggled in our society ever since the Spanish and the Americans started colonizing the Philippines. This led to the reduction of their resources to losing their lands as they have been living there for generations. In the 13th century when the Spanish colonizers arrived in the Philippines they have been started already too settled and grow a community that was organized to build towns under the rule of the Spanish colonial government and the Catholic Church. This led to the natives of the Philippines who are living in these places were disposed of, stolen, and strip by their land.      When the U.S came they held a law in which they implemented a series of land laws to govern these public lands.
